Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the mcppipe service operated by INFORSERVICES SERVIÇOS DE INFORMÁTICA LTDA (CNPJ 21.110.198/0001-36, Itapevi/SP, Brazil) and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

Because the Service routes traffic to and from servers you control, you are responsible for all traffic, content, and activity that passes through your tunnels. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

1. Prohibited content and activities

You may not use the Service to host, route, transmit, store, or make available any content or activity that:

  • is illegal under any law applicable to you or to us, or facilitates illegal activity;
  • infringes intellectual-property rights, trade secrets, or rights of privacy or publicity;
  • constitutes or distributes malware, ransomware, spyware, or command-and-control infrastructure for malicious software;
  • is used for phishing, fraud, identity theft, or social-engineering attacks;
  • contains or distributes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors — we report such material to the competent authorities;
  • promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites violence against any person or group;
  • distributes unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violates anti-spam laws;
  • violates export-control, sanctions, or trade laws.

2. Prohibited technical abuse

You may not:

  • launch or facilitate denial-of-service attacks, traffic floods, or amplification attacks against any system, including ours;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any other system without authorization;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service’s authentication, quotas, rate limits, billing, or security controls;
  • use the Service to proxy or relay traffic in order to conceal its origin for abusive or unlawful purposes, or to evade IP-based blocking or law enforcement;
  • consume resources in a manner that materially degrades the Service for others, or exceed the limits of your plan through automated circumvention;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the hosted Service to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing;
  • engage in cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-abuse workloads that are not your own legitimate use.

3. Your responsibility for routed traffic

You represent that you have the right to expose your upstream servers and to route Your Traffic through the Service, and that doing so complies with all applicable laws and third-party agreements. We do not monitor the content of zero-knowledge tunnels and have limited visibility into observability-mode traffic; this does not relieve you of responsibility for it.

4. Fair use

Free-plan and shared resources are provided for reasonable, good-faith use. We may apply quotas, rate limits, and fair-use limits, and may contact you or adjust your access if your usage is abusive, disproportionate, or harmful to the Service or other users.

5. Enforcement

If we believe your use violates this AUP, we may, at our discretion and where lawful:

  • issue a warning;
  • throttle, suspend, or disable specific tunnels (including via an immediate edge-level kill switch);
  • suspend or terminate your account; and/or
  • remove content or report it to the appropriate authorities.

Where the violation poses an immediate security, legal, or operational risk, we may act without prior notice. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you and, where appropriate, give an opportunity to cure.

6. Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this AUP, suspected abuse, or unlawful content routed through the Service, contact abuse@mcppipe.dev. Please include enough detail (such as the subdomain, timestamps, and a description) for us to investigate. For security vulnerabilities, contact security@mcppipe.dev.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated as described in our Terms.
